The candidate must be able to demonstrate a flair for design in the fields of Commercial and Office developments, and someone who is able to work as part of a team, aswell as on their own. The candidate must be able to develop interior spaces into workable designs, through to a detailed working drawing package. It is essential that you have a knowledge of building regs, along with the ability to use NBS.
